You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Swineshead Parish Council, which will be held on Tuesday March 29th 2022, commencing at 7.00pm at Swineshead Parish Council Office, 1-2 Northend.
The meeting will be preceded by a 15-minute public forum between 19:00 and 19:15 during which members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council (for a maximum of 3 minutes per person). Councillors are requested to be in attendance during this period.

6 To agree to accept a grant for the amount of £5000 from Tritton Knoll Community Fund (to be ring-fenced for repairs to the park at Townfield Lane)
7 To agree to spending of £5273.87 (+VAT) for the repairs and maintenance of the play equipment at the park on Townfield Lane (as highlighted in the Summer 2021 Safety Inspection Report by ROSPA)
8 To agree to the ordering of a BT Broadband and phoneline for the office at 1-2 Northend at a cost of £24.95 per month, to be paid by direct debit, minimum contract of 24 months
9 To discuss and agree to advertise the vacancy for the Clerk position as soon as possible
