You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of Swineshead Parish Council, which will be held on Monday March 14th 2022, commencing at 7.30pm at Swineshead Parish Council Office, 1-2 Northend. 

The meeting will be preceded by a 15-minute public forum between 19:30 and 19:45 during which members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council (for a maximum of 3 minutes per person). Councillors are requested to be in attendance during this period.

14.   To discuss and agree to the purchase of 8(#) bin bag holders for the Swineshead Wombles by way of a donation at a cost of no more than £120

15.   To discuss plans for a village celebration of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in June, hosted by the Christmas Celebration Committee

16.   To agree to add the monthly office rent to the schedule of standing orders (to be reviewed at the AGM annually)
