B/19/0259 Erection of detached Kennel outbuilding with concrete hardstanding and external runs at Asolo, Mill Lane
Following discussion the Councillors resolved that there was insufficient information to consider the applicationas there was no indication as to whether the application related to Business or Personal use and so were unable to consider elements such as Access, Traffic & Noise pollution all of which could have an impact on the neighbouring properties if the development was for Business use

B/19/0139 – Erection of 4 Holiday Lodges adjacent to Southview, Boston Road
Following discussion it was resolved that the only concern is that the old roadway to be used as access is not actually in their curtilage and belongs to the Highways Department and there are often HGVs and Trailers parked on this land which could pose an access issue.
Action: Clerk to feedback planning to Boston Borough Council Planning Department
19/066 Chairman’s Remarks: reviewed
Cllr RB asked if letters of Thanks could go to the volunteers that helped him clear the gutters in the village as he felt leaving it until the next meeting would be untimely. Cllr AH confirmed this was the item he was going to raise under Chairman’s remarks but had not as Cllr RB was not there at the time. It was resolved that it would be inappropriate to leave this until the next meeting so letters of Thanks would be sent to Denis Arthur, Mick Baxter and Bob Reynolds
Action: Clerk to raise the letters and pass to Cllr RB for distribution.
Meeting closed 7.36pm
