You are hereby summoned to attend the reconvened extra ordinary meeting of Swineshead Parish Council, which will be held on Monday 8th February 2021 commencing at 19:30 electronically via Zoom. Member of the public are permitted to dial in to the meeting. Please contact the clerk for log in details. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.

The meeting will commence with a 15 minute public forum between 19:30 and 19:45 during which members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council (for a maximum of 3 minutes per person). Your attendance is necessary during this period.

AGENDA

  1. Public Forum.
  2. Apologies for absence and reasons given.
  3. To elect a new Chairperson and Vice Chairperson.
  4. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
  5. To agree payment of £628.96 (£524.13 net of vat) to the clerk for purchase of a laptop, wireless mouse, laptop case, Microsoft Office 365 and McAfee LiveSafe Premium 2020. (Full breakdown and budget comparison sent separately
  6. To discuss the request from a resident who runs the Swineshead Support Group for the funding from the Lincolnshire Emergency Assistance Scheme (Small Grants Scheme) to be held in and administered from the Parish Council’s bank account.
  7. To discuss the co-option process to fill the four vacancies for Parish Councillors and decide what actions to take.
  8. To discuss the clerk and Responsible Financial Officer vacancy.
