20/001 Chairmans Remarks:

20/002 Apologies for absence and reasons given.
Cllrs RH & RB submitted apologies. It was resolved to accept apologies for absence and reasons given.
20/003 To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
None declared
The chairman proposed that the meeting go into a closed session
20/004 Appointment of new Clerk.
Cllrs AH and KC feedback to the meeting with regards to the Interview held with the applicant for the position of Parish Clerk. It was resolved that the applicant would be offered the position.
ACTION: Clerk to offer the position of Clerk to the applicant under the terms agreed
