Notice is hereby given of Swineshead Annual Parish Meeting

Venue: St. Mary’s Church Hall Market Place, Swineshead, PE20 3LJ
The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting required by law and is called by the Chairman of the Parish Council.
It is an opportunity for members of the Parish to get together and discuss issues of interest and concern, with a view to developing an action plan.
AGENDA
1. 6:00pm talks from Swineshead Medical Group, Boston Primary Care Network and Boston Enhanced Access services
2. Chairman’s speech and introduction to the Members of the Parish Council
3. Notes from the Annual Parish meeting held on Wednesday 24 April 2024:
To resolve as a correct record by those that attended the meeting and for the Chairman of the meeting to sign the official minutes
4. To receive the accounts of the following Swineshead charities and organisations, each accompanied by a brief overview of up to five minutes i.
i. John Butler Charity
ii. Swineshead Benevolent Fund
iii. Village Hall Committee
iv. Harlock’s Charity
v. Swineshead Enhancement Society
vi. Swineshead Life
5. To review council representatives for Swineshead charity and organisation committees and agree on council representatives of each committee for 2025/26
6. Short comments and statements from residents
