Notice is hereby given of Swineshead Annual Parish meeting

St. Mary’s Church Hall, Market Place, Swineshead PE20 3LJ

Wednesday 24 April 2024 6:00pm

The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting required by law and is called by the Chairman of the Parish Council. 

It is an opportunity for members of the Parish to get together and discuss issues of interest and concern, with a view to developing an action plan and to learn what has been happening in the Parish during the previous year.

AGENDA 

1.   6:00pm - Air Ambulance team will give a talk

2.   Chairman’s speech and introduction to the Members of the Parish Council 

3.   Notes from the Annual Parish meeting held on Monday 16 May 2023: 

To resolve as a correct record by those that attended last year’s meeting and for the Chairman of the meeting to sign the official minutes

4.   To receive a Council Financial report for 2023/2024

5.   To receive and accept accounts from the following Swineshead charities and organisations:

i.   Swineshead Life

ii.   John Butler Charity

iii.   Swineshead Poor Charity

iv.   Village Hall Committee

v.   Harlock’s Charity

vi.   Swineshead Enhancement Society

5.   To review council representatives for charity and organisation committees and agree on council representatives of each committee for 2024/25

6.   Short comments and statements from residents
