1. Chairman’s Remarks:
2. Apologies for absence: To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk or Chairman prior to the meeting
3. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items
4. To resolve committee members, 4 Councillors, 2 Methodist Church, 2 library Volunteers and the Library Development officer
5. To discuss the Terms of Reference of the Committee
6. To approve as a correct record, the notes of the meeting of the community hub and Library committee held on Monday 9 January 2023 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes
7. Finance: To receive the end of year finances
8. To sign the Licence Agreement between Swineshead Parish Council and the Swineshead Methodist Chapel as resolved at full council
9. Library Development Officer: To receive any information
10. Co-ordinators report: To receive any information
11. To agree the date for the next meetings
