1. Chairman’s Remarks:
2. Apologies for absence: To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk or Chairman prior to the meeting.
3. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items
4. To note and resolve that notes of the meeting of the library and community hub committee meeting held on Tuesday 12 October 2021 were not sent to members by the Stand in Clerk and no record can be found.
5. To approve as a correct record, the notes of the meeting of the library and community hub committee held on Tuesday 4 October 2022 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes
6. Finance: To receive balance as of 31 December 2022
7. To review the Licence Agreement between Swineshead Parish Council and the Swineshead Methodist Chapel and resolve a recommendation to Full Council
