Notice is hereby given that Swineshead Annual Parish meeting1 will be held in the office of Swineshead Parish Council, 1-2 North End, Swineshead, PE20 3LR on Tuesday 16 May 2023 Starting at 7:00pm

The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting required by law and is called by the Chairman of the Parish Council. 

It is an opportunity for members of the Parish to get together and discuss issues of interest and concern, with a view to developing an action plan and to learn what has been happening in the Parish during the previous year.

AGENDA 

1.   Chairman’s speech and introduction to the Members of the Parish Council 

2.   Notes from the Annual Parish meeting held on Monday 23 May 2022: To resolve as a correct record by those that attended last year’s meeting and for the Chairman of the meeting to sign the official minutes

3.   To receive a Council Financial report for 2022/2023

4.   To receive and accept accounts from the following Swineshead charities and organisations:

i.   Swineshead Life

ii.   John Butler Charity

iii.   Swineshead Poor Charity

iv.   Village Hall Committee

v.   Harlock’s Charity

vi.   Swineshead Enhancement Society

vii.   Swineshead Twinning Association

5.   To review council representatives for charity and organisation committees and agree on council representatives of each committee for 2023/24

6.   Short comments and statements from residents
