AGENDA
1. To receive apologies for absence and reasons given
2. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
3. To elect a Chairperson for the committee, this must be a Parish Council Representative
4. To review the Terms of Reference for the Community Hub and Library Management Committee and agree a recommendation to the Full Council
5. To review the Licence Agreement between Swineshead Parish Council and the Swineshead Methodist Chapel and agree a recommendation to the Full Council
6. Draft minutes of the meeting held on 08/01/2020 to be confirmed and signed as minutes
7. Matters arising from the minutes of the meeting held on 08/01/2020
8. To review and discuss the financial matters of the library earmarked funds
9. Report from Parish Council representative
10. To review and discuss the latest usage figures and decide on any action needed
11. To receive comments and recommendations from the volunteers
12. To agree the date of the next meeting
